How We Started

We began with a simple observation: many pets experience unnecessary stress during grooming appointments. Long car rides, unfamiliar surroundings, and rushed schedules made what should be a positive experience into something anxious for both pets and their owners.

In 2019, we launched our home-visit model in Birmingham. The response was immediate. Pets were calmer, owners were relieved, and we could take the time each animal actually needed. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a small, dedicated team.
